If you're anything like me, sometimes you just don't know how to relax. I wanted to make a video that would help relieve some stress. So if you have any unwanted stress in your life that you want to get rid of, follow these directions!
Directions:
1. Sit or lie down comfortably and press play.
2. Breathe deeply.
3. Try to clear your mind.
4. RELAX.
This video can also be used as a sleep aid if you have trouble falling asleep. It's a good drug-free alternative!
**Save this to favorites so you can come back the next time you need it! :)**
Sometimes you need to slow down to take everything in, and let some things go.

Humanity is a beautiful thing that is temporary. We will soon be extinct in probably another million years or so. Everyone listening to this? video will be dead, including me. Why don't we all just try and get along in this random universe, and try to enjoy and understand it. I geniunly wish everyone here the best with their lives, because life is to be treasured, not wasted over work, stress, depression etc. This is probably the only time in the universe that this will happen.
